Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
full-semester contract opportunity is available for a skilled
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide support to K-12
students within a dynamic school setting in Detroit, MI. This role
offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by delivering both
in-person and teletherapy services tailored to each student's
needs. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive speech and
language evaluations for K-12 students. - Develop and implement
individualized intervention plans aligned with IEP goals. - Deliver
therapy sessions through both in-person and teletherapy platforms.
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and
multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. - Maintain
accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school
policies and state regulations. - Monitor student progress and
adjust treatment approaches as necessary. Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language
Pathologist. - Experience providing speech therapy services in K-12
educational settings. - Proficiency in delivering teletherapy
services with an understanding of technology and online engagement
strategies. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for
effective collaboration. - Ability to adapt and tailor therapy
approaches to diverse student populations. Location: - Detroit,
Michigan serving K-12 school students. This contract position spans
a full academic semester, offering a structured and enriching
