Telhio Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Teller to join our team and provide impeccable services to our members. Located within a community-oriented financial institution, this role is pivotal in embodying our commitment to member satisfaction and financial reliability. As the face of Telhio, you will be entrusted with handling day-to-day financial transactions while ensuring a positive interaction at all points of contact. Process a variety of transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing Maintain accuracy of all transactions and verify cash totals Identify members' financial service needs and recommend Telhio products and services effectively Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and maintain confidentiality of member information Assist in resolving customer issues and provide information regarding account status Maintain a clean and organized work area Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance service and sales skills Strong numerical ability and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using financial software and commonly used office applications Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities Cash handling experience and knowledge of banking operations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Bank Teller (CBT) designation is advantageous Completion of any related financial service training programs
