Both positions can be structured at the Senior Tax Manager or Principal level, depending on experience. Competitive Base Salary Up to $200K (DOE) Bonuses up to 15% of salary Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matching 401k, PTO Work-Life Balance: Fewer total hours per year than industry average Hybrid Remote (3 days onsite) Reduced off season hours Manageable billable hours for a Mid-Sized Firm Job Details Generalist Focus: Supervise 5-6 staff members Lead multiple tax engagements—prep, planning, research, and consulting Stay current with tax laws and industry changes Supervise, develop, and delegate to tax team members Build long-term client relationships and deliver proactive service Drive growth by generating new business and cross-selling HNW Focus: Supervise 5 staff members Lead estate, gift, trust, and fiduciary tax return engagements Review filings including 1041, 706, 709 Manage IRS communications, POA responsibilities, and complex tax research Supervise and train trust/estate team members Work closely with HNW clients (ranging from $10M to $80M) Looking For: CPA or minimally EA 5 years in public accounting Experience with trust and estate returns (1041, 706, 709) if you are HNW focused Proficient in CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, and QuickBooks is a plus Interested in hearing more?
