Key Responsibilities: Oversee payroll accounting, accrual accounting, and medical accrual accounting Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP Manage month-end and year-end closing processes Monitor and analyze financial performance and variances Coordinate with internal and external auditors Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 4 years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and budgeting processes Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other complex functions Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred Salary and Benefits: Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 depending on experience Benefits: Comprehensive package, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans Location: Hybrid Role in Canton, Ohio accounting generalreporting development growth
