Job Description:
UniFirst Corporation, a leader in providing workplace uniforms
and protective work wear in North America and Europe, is seeking a
dynamic and driven Major Account Consultant to expand our market
share within the sales and business development department. In this
role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating
relationships with key business decision-makers in various
industries to facilitate large-scale uniform and facility service
programs. Your expertise in sales strategy, account management, and
negotiation will play a pivotal role in securing long-term
contracts with major accounts, thereby driving sustainable growth
and exceptional client satisfaction for UniFirst. Develop and
implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities by cultivating
and maintaining relationships with major clients. Prepare detailed
proposals that meet client needs and budget requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective service
delivery and account management post-sale. Monitor market
conditions, product innovations, and competitor activities to
provide feedback on market trends and opportunities. Deliver
presentations and engage in complex negotiations with potential
clients. Meet or exceed annual sales targets associated with major
accounts. Strong negotiation and sales skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to develop
strategic relationships with key decision-makers Exceptional time
management and organizational skills Proficient in CRM software and
