Job Description Job Description Job Title: Trauma and Extremities Sales Representative Location: Columbus and Athens Ohio Company: Arthrex Columbus We are seeking a motivated and experienced Trauma and Extremities Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling trauma and extremities medical devices to healthcare professionals, including orthopedic surgeons and hospitals. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients - Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals - Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional activities and campaigns - Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote products and network with key stakeholders - Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant documentation in a timely manner - Undertakes additional duties in alignment with role requirements Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of successful sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, preferably in trauma and extremities - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical and clinical information - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Willingness to travel and be on call as needed If you are a dynamic and ambitious sales professional with a passion for the healthcare industry, we would love to hear from you.
