Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in promoting our comprehensive security solutions, including on-site guarding, electronic security, fire, and safety services across a variety of sectors. As a Sales Representative, you will work closely with new and existing clients to understand their security needs and recommend tailored solutions to protect their assets, ensuring peace of mind and safety in their operations. Identify and generate new sales opportunities through analysis and understanding of complex security needs Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in collaboration with cross-functional teams Prepare detailed proposals and presentations tailored to client's requirements Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty Keep up-to-date with market trends and developments in security technology to advise clients effectively Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and outcomes within schedule Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Solid understanding of security services and technology Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Expertise in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional Sales or similar certification is highly regarded (optional but beneficial)
