for a Sales Representative with at least 3 years of proven sales
experience who can do more than answer phones we need someone who
can listen to customers, understand their needs, and confidently
guide them to the right products and services. At Flagpoles Etc. ,

Handle inbound calls and emails while actively driving sales
opportunities Ask the right questions to uncover customer needs and
recommend the best solutions Confidently close sales and follow up
to maximize opportunities Build and maintain strong customer
relationships while upselling and cross-selling where appropriate
Accurately track sales activity and customer interactions in our
systems Stay sharp on product knowledge and industry trends to
position solutions effectively Collaborate with the team to meet
and exceed sales goals This is not a remote position.
Qualifications Minimum 3 years of sales experience (inside sales,
retail sales, or B2B) Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed sales
targets Excellent communication and persuasive skills Strong
customer focus with a knack for turning interest into commitment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM tools Strong
organizational and time-management skills High school diploma or
equivalent (college coursework in business a plus) Compensation &
Benefits Competitive pay: $22$25/hr ($45k$52k annually) performance
