Job Description:
Johnson Controls is seeking a motivated and driven Commercial
Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a global

marketplace. In this role, you will be responsible for the sale of
cutting-edge security and efficiency systems tailored to meet the
unique needs of commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a
passion for driving sales and a commitment to excellence, ensuring
that Johnson Controls continues to lead in building efficiencies,
sustainability, and security solutions worldwide. Identify and
cultivate new business opportunities with commercial clients to
meet sales goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with
clients by providing tailored security solutions and exceptional
service. Understand customer needs and develop tailored proposals
and presentations to demonstrate the value of Johnson Controls’
solutions. Negotiate contracts effectively, ensuring both client
satisfaction and compliance with company standards. Collaborate
with technical and project management teams to ensure the
successful implementation of services. Maintain accurate records of
all sales activities and prepare regular forecasts to monitor
business performance. Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent
interpersonal and customer service skills Proficiency in CRM
software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to analyze market
trends and customer needs Knowledge of security systems and smart
building technologies Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision

(CSM) preferred Any relevant industry-specific certifications
