Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Salesperson to join our team. This
role is ideal for someone with a strong background in refractory
products and services who thrives in a customer-facing, goal-driven
environment. Responsibilities: Promote and sell our product lines
to new and existing customers Develop and maintain strong,
long-term client relationships Conduct market research to identify
new business opportunities Consistently meet or exceed sales
targets Qualifications: Proven sales experience in the refractory
industry (required) Knowledge of refractory, insulation, or related
materials (preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and
interpersonal skills Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet
goals Proficiency with CRM software and strong organizational/time
management skills
