every customer. Your Duties The Management Trainee is responsible
for: Engaging directly with potential business owners and customers
to explain product offerings and assist with service enrollment.
Delivering compelling product demonstrations, emphasizing the
advantages of AT&T wireless and internet services. Finalizing
sales transactions while building positive and professional
relationships with business owners and customers. Continuously
learning about product details, company policies, and current
promotions to provide accurate and effective consultations.
Enhancing leadership and problem-solving abilities by assuming
extra responsibilities in team coordination and sales strategy
development. Conducting daily meetings with Management Trainees to
assess objectives, customer interactions, and sales tactics for
improvement. Supporting the onboarding and development of new
employees, offering guidance on sales approaches and customer
interaction strategies.
