If you're passionate about cheese and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards, we invite you to be a part of our innovative and supportive environment.Job Responsibilities- Operate and monitor cheese processing equipment to ensure efficient production.- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.- Adhere to safety and quality standards in all aspects of cheese production.- Conduct quality checks and tests on cheese products to ensure compliance with specifications.- Record and maintain accurate production data and reports.- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements for increased efficiency.- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any product or process issues.- Follow standard operating procedures and protocols for cheese processing.- Manage inventory of raw materials and report any shortages or discrepancies.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with sanitation guidelines.- Train and mentor junior staff or new hires on equipment operation and safety procedures.- Ensure proper handling and storage of cheese products during and after processing.- Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.Job Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in food processing or related field preferred.- Minimum of 2 years experience in food processing, dairy industry experience preferred.- Knowledge of cheese-making processes and equipment.- Familiarity with food safety and quality standards, such as HACCP and GMP.- Ability to operate and maintain cheese production machinery.- Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor production parameters.- Basic understanding of microbiological and chemical principles related to cheese production.- Proficiency in using computer software for data entry and production tracking.- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 lbs.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.PM25 Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time PIfb0bf197dad4-25660-37727460
