Summary: Position is responsible for analysis of data related to
the complaint management system, operational performance
monitoring, and trending related to Invacare Quality Systems.
Responsibilities include tasks and projects related to gathering,
analysis, reporting, and escalation of quality system data,
technical information system integration, and other related
projects and tasks to accomplish department goals.
Utilize developed quality trending and analysis of data methodology
for quality system data that will drive continuous improvement of
products, processes, and systems throughout Invacare
Monitors quality trending for triggers indicating that further
action may be required and coordinating with functional departments
to investigate and provide data for escalation.
Prepare data and presentation for established, periodic reviews
such as Management Review, Product Improvement teams, Business Unit
Develop and maintain periodic operational metrics to measure
Complaint Handling and MDR Reporting.
Design reliable, accurate ad hoc reports when requested from all
areas of the business, including Legal, Design, Manufacturing,
Fulfill data requests for internal and external audits and FDA
inspections in a documented, accurate, and repeatable manner.
Collaborate with Design, Supplier Development and Advance Quality
Engineering on continuous product improvement projects.
Consolidate projects and reporting where possible to drive
Establish and maintain familiarity with current and past systems
used to collect quality information from various sources including
product quality and production metrics.
Create validated report formats for quality system data as quality
and business needs dictate.
Complete all required training applicable to assigned position.
Exhibit positivity, flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to
take on new responsibilities as requested or required.
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or analytical field
Zero (0) to Three (3) years of experience in progressive
manufacturing operations or quality environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel, including experience with
complex spreadsheet analysis/creation
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proven problem solving and analytical abilities
Attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects as assigned
Experience with FDA or other regulatory bodies a plus
