The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about developing differentiated instruction and
delivering it in exciting ways? Do you know and understand learning
styles that are needed while facilitating soldiers in the
development of the skills necessary to execute operations? Bring

As a Readiness Integrator on our team, you'll help provide
readiness development support training to units and soldiers while
they prepare to impact real-world missions and operations. You'll
expand your technical expertise and industry knowledge and
collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical
problems. You'll apply your knowledge and skills to provide
effective training support that enables well-planned,
mission-focused, and command-directed training objectives. You'll
develop and deliver field and classroom training that meets the
Commander's training requirements. You'll also collaborate with
other departments to shape the environment of the unit's validation
exercise and mentor soldiers while they incorporate skills
developed from the training you facilitated.

You Have:
10+ years of experience in the U.S. Army, U.S. Army Reserve, or
U.S. Army National Guard
3+ years of experience assigned as an Observer, Coach, or Trainer
(OC/T), Drill Sergeant, Small Group Instructor, or U.S. Army
Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Faculty Staff Member
3+ years of experience assigned to a maneuver or maneuver support
element at the tactical level
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Associate's degree
Ability to obtain Association for Talent Development (ATD) Master
Trainer Certification within 12 months of hire date
Nice If You Have:
Experience with the U.S. Army Unit Training Management process
Experience producing detailed written reports and evaluations
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including
PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Knowledge of Army Warfighting Functions and their application to
unit training and readiness
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and
may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified
information.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including
but not limited to location, the individual's particular
combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and
experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and
organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for
this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The
estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this
position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total
compensation package for employees. This posting will close within
90 days from the Posting Date.
