TITLE Field & Studio Resource CoordinatorDESCRIPTION Mills James is seeking a highly organized Field & Studio Resource Coordinator to support the seamless scheduling of crew and equipment for video productions in both field and studio environments. This full- time position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule freelance crew and production equipmentServe as the main point of contact for camera, grip, sound, and hair/makeup bookingsManage onboarding, compliance forms, and freelance invoicingTrack purchase orders and assist with budgetingCommunicate clearly with internal teams and external vendorsSupport the Studio Manager with logistics and administrative tasksQualifications:Bachelor's degree in film, communications, or related field preferredMinimum 2 years of production coordination or crew scheduling experienceStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with production scheduling tools a plusMust be able to sit or stand for extended periods and occasionally lift equipmentAccessibility Statement:Mills James is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals and supports a workplace that is inclusive and accessible.
