Budtender/Front Desk Cannabis Retail

Welcome to the first truly immersive Cannabis experience in Michigan. With successful stores in West Michigan, Gatsby Cannabis has reached southeast Michigan by building a state-of-the-art facility in Royal Oak that will be opening within the next few weeks. We are looking for high-energy, cannabis-focused people to be part of our team and cross-train in roles including Budtenders, Front Desk staff, Inventory, delivery drivers, lead and management positions. Responsibilities:
--- Become familiar with product types and different kinds of Cannabis experiences
--- Become proficient with our point-of-sale system and assist guests in completing transactions
--- Focus on educating guests as to what products would benefit them most
--- Come to work with a positive energy and efficient workflow
--- Work cash drawers and is very organized and highly detailed when starting and ending shifts

Qualifications:

--- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people is essential
--- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities
--- Basic math skills are needed to accurately take payments and count change
