Job Description:
A company is looking for a 911 Accuracy Coordinator 2.
Key Responsibilities
Perform wireline subscriber data maintenance and ensure data
accuracy for call routing
Act as the point of contact for account customers and end users
through various communication channels
Prepare and distribute reports as requested and manage workload
independently while collaborating with team members
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum two years of clerical, data entry, or customer service
experience
Experience in a public safety or 9-1-1 industry environment
preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
