  Position Overview
  This position is responsible for the successful operation of a Best-One Fleet Service Center. Responsibilities lie in six major areas: business planning, team development, marketing and sales, operations, administrative duties, and maximizing profit. This position is responsible for training and developing a team of support staff, and working effectively with all to establish, implement and fine tune a profitable business plan. This position requires acting in a timely, pro-active, direct and professional manner.Requirements:
  • Must have 3+ years of successful auto center management experience
  • Commercial automotive experience is preferred
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a proven track record of team development, training and customer relations
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
  • Must have strong computer skills in regard to: Microsoft Office, internet, and software navigation.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field is highly desirable.
  • Must have a current valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
  • You must also be at least 18 years oldThe ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.
