Mold Technician – Injection Molding Location: Hartville, OH |
Pay: $17 per hour (based on experience) 1st and 3rd shifts Are you

the hunt for a dynamic Mold Technician to join a fast-paced,
innovative team in Hartville, Ohio. If you're passionate about
precision and have a knack for injection molding, we want you! What
You'll Do: Masterfully swap out molds in injection molding machines
with precision and efficiency. Follow detailed procedures for mold
installations, including Scientific Molding Process (SMP)
guidelines. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of molds, keeping
production smooth and seamless. Handle mold insert changeovers and
stay well-versed in various injection machine controllers. Tackle
issues head-on, communicating any mold or machine concerns
promptly. Train fellow team members in material handling and
grinding techniques. Support the team as a backup assistant
supervisor, starting up machines and more. Contribute to a safe,
clean, and organized workplace. What You Bring: Experience : 1 year
in injection molding is preferred. Skills : Certified forklift
operator with a commitment to safety and precision. Attributes :
Self-motivated, independent worker with a keen eye for detail and a
passion for continuous improvement. Education : High school diploma
or equivalent is a plus. Physical Demands: Must be capable of
lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds regularly, with heavier
