Pay Rate: $16.50 – $17.00 per hour, based on experience Job
Description: We are currently hiring a Manufacturing General
Laborer to join our team in Apple Creek, Ohio. This is a full-time
position offering consistent hours, hands-on training, and the
chance to grow within a stable, fast-paced manufacturing
environment. Ideal candidates are motivated, dependable, and eager
to learn new skills. Pay reviews are conducted at 3, 6, and 12
months, offering clear opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks in a manufacturing
setting. Support various stages of production with physical and
manual work. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work
environment. Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of
PPE when needed. Be flexible and willing to take on different tasks
as needed. Requirements: Prior experience in a manufacturing or
general labor role preferred. Ability to be trained and willingness
to learn. Strong work ethic with reliable attendance. Basic math,
reading, and writing skills. Willingness to work full-time and
