Job Description:

reliability, increase throughput, and bring structure to complex
operations, we want to talk. What You’ll Do: Own safety and
environmental performance—lead from the front, not the sidelines.
Guide and coach operations teams to build a culture of quality and
accountability. Improve and troubleshoot critical processes—from
startup support to long-term optimization. Tackle day-to-day
technical issues while pushing long-term process improvements. Use
SPC, DOE, and data analytics to solve production challenges and
drive efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce costs,
improve quality, and mitigate operational risk. Step into
supervisory duties when needed to keep production on track. What
You Bring: A degree in Chemical, Metallurgical, or related
Engineering discipline (Extractive Metallurgy preferred). 3–5 years
of experience in process or production engineering, ideally in
heavy or industrial settings. Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous
improvement expertise. Proficiency in tools like Minitab,
Thermo-Calc, and Excel. A practical, team-oriented mindset with
strong communication skills. Familiarity with ISO standards (9001,
