Job Description:
TransForce is looking for a dedicated Night Shift CDL A Delivery
Driver to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring
timely and safe delivery of goods to various locations during night
shifts, fostering reliability and strengthening our commitment to
service excellence in the transportation sector. This position
demands adherence to safety guidelines and the ability to work
autonomously under minimal supervision. Operate commercial vehicles
to transport goods to different locations during designated night
shifts. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the
vehicle is in optimal operating condition. Adhere to assigned
routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
Maintain accurate logs of travel and cargo according to federal and
state regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and
other team members to ensure smooth operation. Handle documentation
related to deliveries and maintain records of vehicle maintenance.
Proficient in operating commercial vehicles, particularly Class A
CDL-equipped trucks. Strong time management and navigational
skills. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety compliance.
Excellent communication and organizational skills. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Class A
Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A). Clean driving record.
