We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced CDL A Truck Driver to help propel our growth and uphold our reputation for excellence in service delivery. This role involves safely operating a tractor-trailer and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest safety standards. Operate a commercial heavy vehicle to transport goods in compliance with company guidelines and DOT regulations. Conduct inspections of the vehicle before and after trips, and record any discrepancies or vehicle issues. Plan routes efficiently and manage schedules to ensure timely deliveries and pick-ups. Handle documentation related to transport, including bills of lading, invoices, and freight documentation. Maintain communication with dispatch and logistics management to report any issues or updates on progress and delays. Ensure compliance with safety and traffic laws, and follow established traffic and transportation procedures. Strong driving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency. Ability to handle physical workload necessary for cargo management. Basic maintenance knowledge for handling truck issues on the road. Effective communication skills for managing paperwork and interacting with dispatch and clients. Time management skills for planning routes and adhering to schedules. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A). DOT Medical certification. A clean driving record. Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD).
