Job Description:
Hogan1, a leader in the transportation and logistics industry,
is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled CDL A Truck Driver to
join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be integral in
ensuring the timely, safe, and efficient transportation of goods
across various routes, contributing directly to Hogan1's mission of
delivering exceptional value and innovative logistics solutions to

Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck over intercity or
interstate routes to deliver goods in compliance with company
guidelines and federal/state regulations. Perform pre-trip and
post-trip inspections to ensure that the truck is in good working
order and compliant with safety standards. Plan routes efficiently
to guarantee on-time deliveries while minimizing expenses and
maximizing productivity. Load and unload cargo, ensuring that all
freight is secured properly to avoid damage during transport.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and driving logs, adhering
to all state and federal record-keeping requirements. Coordinate
with the logistics team to receive assignments and communicate any
delivery issues or concerns. Maintain a clean and safe vehicle, and
report any maintenance or repair needs promptly. Expertise in
operating heavy and oversize trucks safely and efficiently. Strong
understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards. Proficiency
in using GPS and other route planning technologies. Excellent time
management skills to fulfill tight delivery schedules. Effective
communication capabilities to coordinate with dispatch and report
any issues. Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting,
pulling, and managing heavy equipment and cargo. Medical Insurance

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A). Completion of a Qualified
Federal DOT Physical Examination.
