The ideal candidate will excel in strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership, ensuring efficient management across multiple logistics functions. Oversee daily operations of the transportation and logistics department. Plan, manage, and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, and customers. Enhance productivity and ensure compliance with both internal and external regulations and policies. Implement efficient processes and standards. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and planning of logistics operations in compliance with company’s goals. Lead, direct, and evaluate logistics personnel to ensure growth and development within the department. Resolve any arising problems or complaints swiftly, upholding the company's reputation. Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous
