Job Title: Retail Planner Location: Columbus, Ohio Salary Range:
$60,000 - $70,000 Job Type: Full-Time Role Overview An established
consumer goods company is seeking a strategic and analytical Retail
Planner to support inventory management, sales forecasting, and
merchandise planning. This role involves working closely with
leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-informed
decisions, optimize inventory, and support ongoing business
initiatives. Key Responsibilities Generate weekly reports on
inventory status, sales performance, and budget vs. actual vs.
projections Track and analyze inventory levels and product movement
Support initiatives to optimize product flow and costing strategies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on a variety of
cross-functional projects Use Excel extensively to analyze data,
build forecasts, and support decision-making Preferred
Qualifications of the Retail Planner: Strong Excel proficiency
required Strong analytical mindset with a passion for
problem-solving and data interpretation Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent
experience) Experience in retail, inventory management, or
merchandise planning Familiarity with Sage Intacct or Shopify is a
