Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an Experienced Title
Insurance Examiner to join our growing team. This role is
responsible for reviewing public record documents and analyzing
title information to determine ownership, identify liens, verify
tax status, and uncover any matters that may affect title. The
ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in
examining title records and preparing title commitments in a
fast-paced, multi-state title environment. This role offers a
hybrid work schedule , allowing flexibility to work both in-office
and remotely. Key Responsibilities Examine and review public record
documents to determine property ownership and vesting Identify
liens, judgments, taxes, and other matters affecting title Analyze
title searches and prepare accurate title findings Prepare and
issue title binders / commitments for transactions Communicate with
internal teams to resolve title issues or discrepancies Ensure
title information is complete, accurate, and compliant prior to
closing Work within a multi-state title operation , adhering to
various state title requirements Qualifications Minimum 3 years of
title examining experience required Experience reviewing public
records, title searches, and title commitments Ability to identify
ownership vesting, liens, and tax issues affecting title Experience
preparing title binders / commitments Proficiency with title
software such as Qualia, SoftPro, or similar platforms Familiarity
with DataTrace preferred but not required Strong attention to
detail and analytical skills Ability to work efficiently in a
fast-paced environment Work Environment Hybrid schedule available
(combination of in-office and remote work) Collaborative and
