small law office specializing in immigration law with an immediate
need for an Associate Attorney. The candidate must have at least
three years experience practicing immigration law. Spanish fluency
is a big plus. Primary duties include preparing immigration forms,
pleadings, legal briefs, motions and other general legal paperwork
and correspondence, affidavits, consultations, and
court/immigration office appearances. The candidate must be willing
to travel approximately 1-2 times per month with the majority of
the travel being to the Cleveland Immigration Court. The desired
position is full-time, but part-time candidates will also be
considered. Must be licensed to practice law in Ohio. Please submit
