Comp Attorney Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated
Plaintiffs Workers Comp Attorney to represent and advise clients in
all aspects of workers compensation claims. The ideal candidate
will have extensive knowledge of workers compensation laws and
regulations and will be responsible for providing legal counsel to
injured workers seeking compensation for their injuries. Key
Responsibilities - Represent clients in workers compensation claims
and appeals - Provide legal advice and guidance on workers
compensation law - Prepare and file legal documents and pleadings -
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and other parties -
Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in workers
compensation laws - Advocate for clients in administrative hearings
and court proceedings - Maintain accurate records of client cases
and communications - Collaborate with medical professionals and
case managers to support client claims Qualifications -
Jurisdictionary degree from an accredited law school - Active
license to practice law in the relevant state - Minimum of 1-3
years of experience in workers compensation law - Strong
understanding of legal principles and procedures related to workers
compensation - Excellent negotiation and litigation skills -
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective
strategies - Strong communication and interpersonal skills -
Commitment to providing excellent client service - For this
position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United
States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
