Remote Digital Marketing Consultant Location: Remote Start Date: 04/01/2025 (Tentative) Pay Rate: $62.52/hr (paid weekly) About the Role The Digital Marketing Consultant will redesign and optimize the Workfront system for eCommerce and Digital Marketing Operations. This role focuses on streamlining workflows, building templates, configuring automated approvals, and improving visibility into campaign readiness. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams to increase efficiency and support high-quality digital marketing execution. Key Responsibilities Audit and redesign Workfront workflows, templates, and intake forms. Implement automated routing, approvals, and SLA-driven timelines. Partner with Marketing, Production, Design, Analytics, Content, and Segmentation teams to document and optimize processes. Build dashboards and reporting for leadership and operational visibility. Develop training materials, lead rollout, and maintain governance standards. Qualifications 37 years Workfront administration or workflow design experience. Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or marketing operations. Expertise in building templates, forms, routing logic, and dashboards. Strong documentation, training, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Process improvement mindset; Lean/Six Sigma experience a plus. TM2
