Government $19.25 per hour Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm Columbus,

skills to find contact information and to locate individuals using
various online databases, social media, and public records During
the government shutdown, process mailed information manually: sort
letters by location, box and ship them, and track shipments using
Excel (including updating tracking numbers) Collaborate with other
investigators to share leads and improve outcomes Maintain accurate
records of all investigative activities in compliance with legal
and privacy standards Follow all ethical and legal guidelines Help
improve skip tracing strategies for better efficiency What We’re
Looking For: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in
a fast-paced, secure setting Must work in a secure room with strict
device policies (no phones or AirPods at desks; emergency contact
procedures in place) Skilled in online research using various
search engines and databases Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel,
Word, SharePoint) High ethical standards and discretion with
sensitive data Capable of obtaining a Public Trust Clearance
Experienced in skip tracing and familiar with related tools and
techniques Knowledge of the collections industry is a plus Able to
work independently and collaboratively with initiative and
