Lead a high-impact development team driving core operational systems Work in a hybrid environment with flexibility and strong work-life balance Enjoy top-tier benefits including 4 weeks PTO and 401(k) match Grow your career with ongoing learning and leadership opportunities Job Details Duties And Responsibilities Oversee Strategic Business Technology team Manage day to day projects for Strategic Business Technology team within Atlassian project environment Develop, maintain, and update internal applications needed to run core business operations and processes Work with internal team members and external customers to identify areas of improvement and tools needed to perform job duties more efficiently Troubleshoot and come up with solutions to solve operational issues Oversee upkeep of data warehouse, data infrastructure environment, data archiving and data recovery Build new functionalities for internal team members and external customers Holds development related to vendor relationships Complete other technical projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience preferred. Five (5) to Seven (7) years of relevant software development experience Experience with Object Oriented Design, Python, PHP (Laravel), HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vue/Node), and relational database management systems (SQL, Postgres, etc.) required Experience with Matillion or similar ETL/ELTand Amazon Web Services tools preferred but not required Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
