Job Description:
As the Director of eCommerce for Cardio Partners, you will play
a critical role in driving online revenue and ensuring the
eCommerce portfolio is a key contributor to the company’s growth.
Cardio Partners, a division of Sarnova, is a national leader in

Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA). Cardio Partners offers complete
cardiac solutions to our customers including equipment,
consultation, end-to-end training, and program management. As an
authorized master distributer of all FDA-approved defibrillator
devices, the company provides customers the best-in-class value for
new and recertified equipment. Customers’ emergency preparedness
needs are met via Cardio Partners’ nationwide CPR training courses
and state-of-the-art program management services. Hybrid Office
Schedule: M&F remote, T-TH office based Summary: The Director
of eCommerce is responsible for overseeing the strategic and
operational management of the company’s eCommerce site portfolio,
ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and revenue growth.
This role focuses on site management, conversion rate optimization
(CRO), CRM/retention marketing, ESP (email service provider)
management, and driving technological advancements to enhance the
eCommerce platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the
Director will execute data-driven strategies to optimize
conversions, improve user engagement, maximize customer lifetime
value, and maintain a best-in-class digital experience.

Your leadership in site management, conversion optimization, and
technology development will elevate the customer experience,
increase sales, and strengthen the company’s competitive edge in
the digital marketplace. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •
Oversee the management and performance of the eCommerce website
portfolio, ensuring seamless functionality, uptime, and user
experience • Lead site testing and conversion rate optimization
(CRO) strategies to maximize engagement and online sales • Manage
and optimize ESP platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot) to ensure
effective email marketing campaigns that drive conversions and
retention • Collaborate with internal teams and external developers
to execute website enhancements, integrations, and new feature
rollouts • Develop and implement data-driven strategies for
improving site performance, user journeys, and conversion metrics •
Conduct regular audits of site content, architecture, and
functionality to identify areas for improvement and maintain brand
standards • Monitor and analyze key eCommerce KPIs, providing
actionable insights to stakeholders and refining strategies as
needed • Oversee A/B testing efforts for site elements, including
landing pages, navigation, and calls-to-action, to drive continuous
improvement • Stay informed on emerging eCommerce technologies and
trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions • Work
closely with marketing, sales, creative, technology, and product
teams to align eCommerce initiatives with broader business goals •
Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and maintain the
security of the eCommerce platform • Assign tasks, manage workloads
and provide clear direction to team members • Foster a positive
work environment and resolve conflicts • Set performance goals,
conduct reviews and provide constructive feedback • Mentor and
train employees to enhance their skills and career growth •
Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify, interview, and
select top talent • Implement processes to improve productivity and
compliance with regulations • Manage resources efficiently,
ensuring quality standards are met Skills/Experience Required: •
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a
related field • 10 years of experience in e-commerce or digital
marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry • Minimum 3 years
of managerial experience; ability to motivate and manage
communication effectively within a team • Proven track record of
driving growth through innovative e-commerce strategies • Strong
knowledge of website management tools, digital analytics, and
marketing automation systems • Experience with e-commerce platforms
and integrations, such as CMS and ERP systems • Familiarity with
web technologies, including: HTML, CSS, CDNs, firewalls. •
Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and translate
findings into actionable strategies • Excellent strategic acumen to
identify business challenges/opportunities, and define strategies
to address those business goals • Excellent leadership and
collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional
teams • Strong organizational and project management abilities,
with attention to detail and deadlines • Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities Sarnova
