Leadership Opportunity: You’ll lead a skilled team of 10 and serve as a trusted point of contact across departments. Strategic Ownership: We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, drives solutions, and owns their systems fully—from communication to execution. Competitive Compensation: Salary range is $100–$150k depending on experience level with strong benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 am–4:30 pm). Job Details Team Leadership: Manage a team of 10 technical professionals System Ownership: Oversee and manage an enterprise-level system (preferably Epic), supporting all departments across the organization Technical Oversight: Administer Microsoft SQL Server and ensure availability, performance, and security of mission-critical systems Cross-Functional Communication: Work directly with leaders across clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure alignment, smooth implementations, and timely support Required Experience: 2 years managing enterprise-level platforms or EHR systems Experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration Prior leadership/management experience in technical or IT operations Strong written and verbal communication skills Healthcare IT experience preferred Epic experience highly desirable Interested in hearing more?
