The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a seasonal Supervisor for our Corner Tap Room Club at Comerica Park in Detroit, Michigan. What will you do? Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members Assist managers in training and development of the team Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs Supervise hourly team members in the daily performance of their duties Ensure the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service More about you 1 year of related experience is required Basic math skills Basic computer skills, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail, are required Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to maintain the guest’s goodwill High school diploma or GED preferred Physical requirements Ability to lift or carry 35 pounds Ability to stand or walk 100% of the time Shift details Evenings Days Weekends Events Who we are Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and retail services at the 41,297-seat Comerica Park, home of the MLB's Detroit Tigers.
