Assistant General Manager knows the restaurant business backward
and forwards. This position is crucial to helping build a winning
team by utilizing their strong knowledge of both operational
procedures and shift positions. Responsibilities Include:
Coordinate daily Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH)
operations with a keen eye for detail and a drive for excellence.
Strategically drive company goals and carry out initiatives that
ensure both short-term achievements and long-term growth. Enforce
all policies, standards of operations, and procedures meticulously
to maintain the highest standards. Create an unmatched dining
experience by consistently delivering high-quality food and
exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations. Train, coach,
mentor, and provide performance feedback to team members, fostering
a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Promote a
collaborative and inclusive team culture that values diverse
perspectives and skill sets. Recruit, interview, and manage
staffing needs, ensuring the right fit for each role to enhance
team effectiveness. Train crew to use equipment efficiently and
prepare quality products, while maintaining impeccable schedules.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of effective delivery routes and
optimize them for efficiency. Ensure accurate inventory management
and ordering of all retail products to minimize waste and maximize
profitability. Monitor quality and portion control consistently to
uphold the restaurant’s standards. Identify and implement
cost-saving opportunities without compromising the guest
experience, optimizing profits through astute management of cost
centers. Ensure all team members undergo safety and security

Qualifications We’re Looking For Experience : 3 years in restaurant
management with proven leadership skills. Communication : Strong
written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities. Adaptability : A
fast-paced environment energizes you, and you excel under pressure.
Business Acumen : Skilled in P&L management and strategic
decision-making. Tech Savvy : Experience with FoodTec POS, Office
365, and Microsoft Office is a plus. Physical Requirements
Comfortable moving throughout the property, lifting up to 40
pounds, and tolerating varied environments (heat, cold, noise). Are
