Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Operations
Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations
within our clients dining services. The ideal candidate will manage
all aspects of food service operations including procurement,
preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring compliance with
Aramark's standards of excellence and commitment to innovation. As
a leader in the hospitality sector, this role demands a blend of
culinary expertise and managerial acumen aimed at enhancing
customer satisfaction and optimizing operational efficiency.
Oversee the daily operations of dining services to ensure
compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Manage
inventory and procurement of food and supplies. Train and supervise
staff, ensuring all team members are proficient in their duties and
deliver exceptional service. Develop menus in collaboration with
chefs and dietitians, incorporating innovative and nutritious
options. Maintain financial records, manage budgets, and conduct
cost analyses to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement
customer feedback systems to enhance dining experience and service
delivery. Coordinate with other managers to integrate dining
services with overall facility operations. Strong leadership and
