Job Description:
Job Description The Kitchen Supervisor will coordinate, plan,
participate, and supervise the production, preparation, and
presentation of food for a designated unit. COMPENSATION: The
hourly rate for this position is $21.00 to $23.00 . If both numbers
are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.

Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing the kitchen staff and
ensuring the kitchen is operating efficiently. Train new kitchen
staff on food preparation and cooking techniques. Ensure kitchen
inventory is maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner.
Manage kitchen schedules and ensure proper staffing levels are
maintained. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met and
maintained. Monitor kitchen equipment and schedule maintenance or
repairs as needed. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
and suppliers. Collaborate with the restaurant manager to create
menus and specials. Handle customer complaints or concerns
regarding food quality or service. Ensure kitchen operates within

notice. Qualifications ? Two to three years? experience in a
related culinary position ? Candidate will possess two to three
years of post-high school education, preferably a culinary degree ?
Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food
profession ? Experiential knowledge required for management of
people and/or problems ? Excellent oral, reading, and written
communication skills ? Candidate must be willing to be hands on
with staff and operations and be willing to work event-based hours
