Occupational Therapist Location: Chillicothe, OH Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,909 to $2,109 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in home health settings regain or improve daily skills while exploring a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required prior to the start of assignment. Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years (client requirement). Experience with HCHB electronic medical record required. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 30 productivity points per week and availability for a 40 hours per week schedule as required by the client (RN productivity model referenced). Reliable transportation to cover the assigned territory including Pickaway, Fayette, Hocking, Highland, and Ross counties. Preferred: prior experience managing a Home Health caseload and familiarity with territory-based scheduling. Preferred items are not required but will strengthen an application. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Days. Shift Type: Day shift, 8-hour shifts. Schedule: Day, 8 hours. Length of Contract: 13 weeks. Territory: Pickaway, Fayette, Hocking, Highland, Ross counties (travel within this territory expected). On-call/Any call: No. EMR: HCHB experience required.
