Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Akron, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,066 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/17/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified OR RN in Akron, Ohio, 44307! Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent operating room experience. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license in hand at time of submission. Certifications: Required certifications need to be active with nothing pending. Must-Have: - Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in specialty prior to travel. - Scrub and circulating experience required. - One reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission. Description: The candidate must possess a minimum of 18 months recent operating room experience. They must have scrub and circulating experience. Twelve hours of call per week after shift is required. An acceptable score on the ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation is needed, with a maximum of two attempts to pass. Background checks of any kind will be reviewed. Candidates with an open case will not be accepted. Travelers must be nicotine-free unless exempt under temporary conditions. A negative drug screen is required within 12 months of start. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return for one year from their previous end date. Candidates will need to pick up their badge and complete onsite fingerprints prior to starting.
