Pharmacist Location: Zanesville, OH Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $2,800 to $3,000 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $70.00 - $75.00/Hourly. Summary: An Inpatient Pharmacist is responsible for preparing, dispensing, and managing medications for patients admitted to the hospital. They work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective, and appropriate medication therapy for hospitalized patients. Responsibilities: ?Review and verify medication orders prescribed by doctors. Prepare and dispense medications for inpatients according to hospital protocols. Ensure correct dosage, formulation, and route of administration. ?Evaluate prescriptions for drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications. Monitor patient medication therapy and adjust recommendations if necessary. Participate in medication reconciliation during patient admission and discharge. Requirements Requirements: 1 - Year experience Required, CURRENT RETAIL-BASED EXPERIENCE OF AT LEAST 1 YEAR IS REQUIRED. Active Ohio Pharmacist license, BLS Certification, Registered Pharmacist.
