Registered Nurse (RN) | Neuro ICU Location: Columbus, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,251 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Neuro ICU RN in Columbus, Ohio, 43210! Job Title: Neuro ICU Travel Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Neuro ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day/Night rotation, every other weekend Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years of Neuro ICU Experience License: Valid state or compact license required Certifications: BCLS ACLS NIHSS (AHA Certifications only) Must-Have: IV Start Telemetry Ventilators Intracranial Pressure Monitoring Description: This position involves providing care in a Neuro ICU setting. The nurse will rotate between day and night shifts every four weeks. Working a total of 36 hours per week across three 12-hour shifts. Required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed. Patient ratio is estimated at 1:1 or 1:2. On-call duties may be required. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patients with complex neurological conditions. Patients may have diagnoses such as ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, seizures, and neuromuscular diseases. Nurses will conduct bedside procedures and provide care for mechanically ventilated patients. Experience in managing various critical care equipment is essential. Candidates should exhibit strong teamwork and communication skills.
