Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Canton,
Ohio, 44708! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing
Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift:
Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum
of 18 months recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience. License:
Must have a valid state nursing license. Certifications: American
Red Cross BLS & ACLS required. Must-Have: - NIH certification must
be obtained prior to start. - Epic experience is required. - One
recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager,
supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required.
- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed
during orientation, with an acceptable score on both assessments
required. - Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
Description: All requirements listed in the job description and
submittal requirements are non-negotiable. This position requires 3
shifts per week from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. A minimum of 18 months of
permanent medical/surgical telemetry experience is required. The
candidate must have a permanent state nursing license in hand at
the time of submission. Compact licenses are accepted for
candidates starting on or after January 1, 2023. Two references
from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in
the specialty applying for are required. No co-worker references
will be considered. References must be from assignments worked in
the past 12 months. Required certifications need to be active with
nothing pending. Travelers may be submitted for one job at a time.
The facility does not accept any license hits. Negative 10 Panel
Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start.
This must be updated annually. Candidates may extend with the
client for a period of 18 months, after which a 6-month break is
required. The client may defer the required 6-month break on a
