Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Nurse works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Nurse will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for an attributed panel. Position Details: Mercy Clinics - Primary Care Position will support the below (2) locations: Mercy Clinic Olivette 9338 Olive Boulevard, Suite 100B Saint Louis, MO 63132 Mercy Clinic Manchester 14377 Manchester Rd. Ballwin, MO 63011 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 0800-1630 No nights, weekends, or holidays! Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to hybrid work-from-home schedule; Must also be available to come on-site for monthly clinic meetings Our Primary Care Nurse is a newly created role for the clinics. In this position the nurse will work closely with the Providers and manage triage calls/messages for the clinic. They will have the option to move hybrid after training is complete. LPN Qualifications: Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing Licensure: Active LPN license Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred RN Qualifications: Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree Licensure: Active RN license Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred Highly Preferred Skills: Proficiency with Epic EMR system Timely and thorough patient triage skills Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work) Excellent time management and prioritization Adaptability in a new and changing environment Mercy Key Benefits: · Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 for continuing education · Health/Dental/Vision available after day one · Annual contribution of $100 per month to eligible co-workers enrolled in the Dependent Care FSA · Paid parental leave for new parents · 401k with employer match · Paid PTO for volunteering · Competitive salary · Future career growth!
