and will be discussed in the interview process* JAG Healthcare is
looking for a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Physical
Therapy Assistant (PTA) who will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate,
discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care
as supervised by the Physician. This COTA or PTA would be working
with the JAG Healthcare Columbus facilitiy roughly 5 days out of
the year. JAG Columbus is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility,
specializing in behavioral health services, and serve the Columbus
area, making residents feel like they are truly at home! We strive

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Physical Therapy
Assistant (PTA) Must possess a current certification from NBCOT if
required by the state. An active state license is required.
