currently offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified MDS RNs
who fill this role. We are currently seeking a qualified MDS RN to
work at our two facilities - Riverside Landing Skilled Nursing &
Rehabilitation located in McConnelsville, OH and our Muskingum
Skilled Nursing facility in Beverly, Ohio. We care about our MDS RN

admitted and compare physician orders with each resident's plan of
care to assure appropriate implementation of the physician's plan
of care* Schedule routine MDS assessments (initial, quarterly,
annual) to maintain compliance with regulatory time frames*
Schedule ARD for all routine MDS assessments, following the most
current RAI User Manual instructions, with input from the
Interdisciplinary Team* Schedule change in status assessments as
instructed* Complete Re-entry and Discharge tracking MDS within 7
days of the event. Candidates must be a Registered Ohio RN with
previous MDS experience. Familiarity with Restorative programming
and coding, at minimum ICD-9 is also required. Benefits: Perfect
