Job Description Salary: $25 - $28 / hour Maxim Healthcare is
hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work with Pediatric
and/or Adult patients in their own homes in and around the Wooster,

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate patient care. - On each assignment, provides skilled
nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders. -
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial
changes in the patient’s condition. - Collects, analyzes, and
interprets data and information from health care members and
documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications: - Currently licensed as an LPN in the State of
Ohio. - Current TB or Chest X-Ray. - Current Hands-On BLS card. -
One year prior professional nursing experience preferred. Maxim
