Certification Description: We are seeking an experienced RN for a
step-down unit. The nurse will provide care to patients
transitioning from higher levels of care. Responsibilities include
monitoring patient conditions and administering medications. Strong
assessment and critical thinking skills are essential.
Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is required. Candidates
must demonstrate excellent communication skills. Flexibility to
