Practice Overview Collaborative team of 3 medical oncologists, 1 radiation oncologist, and 2 experienced NPs More than 200 primary care referrals feed into two well-established hospital clinics Balanced case mix: 50% hematology / 50% solid tumor Shared call rotation with low in-person volume for predictable, manageable workloads Schedule 4-day clinical week split between two nearby hospitals Consistent weekday hours with reliable patient flow Monthly admin time built in for documentation, planning, and program development Weekend call averages just 2-4 inpatient consults per day, mostly phone-based Compensation & Benefits Generous base salary plus RVU-based incentives Call stipend: $400/day Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, malpractice with tail, CME, and generous PTO Relocation assistance, sign-on bonus, retention incentives, and loan forgiveness potential A financial package designed for long-term stability, reward, and growth Live and Work in Northern Ohio Set along the Lake Erie shoreline, this community blends the serenity of waterfront living with the vibrancy of a welcoming Midwest town.
