Physical Therapist Location: Marietta, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,726 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience License: Must have a valid license in hand Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: Reliable transportation, current driver's license, agency-required liability insurance Description: This position involves providing physical therapy services in patients' homes. Therapists will be responsible for making home visits and attending periodic office meetings. The average number of patients seen per day is 5-6. Additional responsibilities include documentation and travel between patient locations. Contractors will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day, which equates to roughly 6-8 points. There are varying situations where the contractor may be floated to another nearby location if low patient census occurs. Types of cases include Start of Care and Follow Up visits. Therapists will need to be open to traveling up to 75 miles from their home clinic. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. The expectation is that all documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the appointment. Therapists must accept every patient on their schedule, regardless of distance between appointments. There are no guaranteed hours with this contract. Weekly productivity points of 30 are required, which equates to approximately 40 hours per week. All overtime must be pre-approved. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. First-time applicants are not accepted; recent home health experience is required. Travelers must be proficient in specific EMR systems used in home health care. The role requires understanding of the responsibilities associated with a home health assignment.
